Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of QuikTechk Restorer (“the Software”) from QuikTechk (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://quiktechk.com/. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. Product & License

QuikTechk Restorer is sold as a one-time, lifetime license for a single Windows PC (Windows 10 or Windows 11). The license is non-transferable and is granted to the purchaser for personal use on one computer. You may reinstall the Software on the same machine or after a system reinstall using the license key we email you.

2. Delivery

After successful payment via Stripe, we email your license key and a secure download link to the email address associated with your payment. Delivery is normally immediate (within a few minutes). Download links remain valid for a limited period; if your link expires, contact support@quiktechk.com and we will provide a fresh link.

3. Price & Payment

The price is the amount shown on the website at the time of purchase (currently $19.99 USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Refunds

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately by email, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents activation or use of the Software, contact support@quiktechk.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it. In cases where we cannot reasonably resolve a genuine technical problem, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.

5. Support

Email support is available at support@quiktechk.com for activation, download, and basic usage questions related to the Software. Support does not include custom development, remote system administration, or troubleshooting unrelated third-party software or hardware issues.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is”. While we design it to be safe and reversible (including a one-click restore feature), we do not warrant that it will meet every user’s specific needs or that it will be completely error-free on every system configuration. You are responsible for creating your own backups of important data before running any system-optimization tool.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikTechk’s total liability arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted on this page with the “Last updated” date is the current version that applies to new purchases.
